The Foundations for Ministry Certificate is relevant and practical instruction for men and women engaged in ministry across Canada. The Certificate is a requirement for all non-portable workers within the WCD.

Alliance History and Thought is a course which surveys the origins of The Christian and Missionary Alliance movement in its social, cultural, and theological context, with emphasis on its historical continuities and changes, and evaluating Alliance "distinctives." Those within the denominational licensing process must take this course for credit in order to work within the Alliance denomination.

The Kairos Course is a nine-session, interactive course on world Christian mission, designed to educate, inspire and challenge Christians to active and meaningful participation. The Holy Spirit Encounter (HSE) is a weekend designed to give focused time in going deeper with God. With every HSE, each individual can anticipate having an encounter with His love and power.The content has teaching and practical ministry that addresses the following issues: removing roadblocks to the Holy Spirit, hearing God’s voice, learning to forgive, and dealing with lies.
